LODD ceremony for Captain Sean Coles: June 19, Thornhill, Ont.

June 17, 2024, Thornhill, Ont. — Captain Sean Coles, a member of the Toronto fire department since 1999, will be honoured with a full LODD ceremony upon his passing.

Coles is the son of retired District Chief Brian Coles. He was promoted to the rank of captain on July 24, 2024. There will be a visitation on June 18 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Kane Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge St., Thornhill, Ont. The ceremony will take place June 19 at 11:00 at Bayview Glen Church, 300 Steeles, Ave., Thornhill, Ont. A reception will follow the service.
